The purpose of the Smile Challenge is to strengthen and enhance the stamina of your smile. The Smile Challenge is designed to exercise and uplift your facial muscles that produce your smile, while building a muscle memory, making smiling easier and brighter than before. 

Smiling is a positive and effective method of overcoming adverse energy, whether internal or external. If we uplift one another and encourage one another in this Beautiful game-style fun and uplifting exercise, we can overcome all things. You will begin to experience, observe, and take hold of the Power of an uplifted countenance- The Power of Your Smile.

The Smile Challenge is a very fun game to play. Start with small challenges, such as holding a smile while you're sitting still for as long as you can repetitiously. Gradually increase resistance measures, such as smile while you're exercising or eating.

Finally, begin to focus on smiling during less preferred circumstances, such as while experiencing rudeness. May Jesus glorify your smile above all adversity.
